Shipping policy

We pack all orders (new or recurring) on Thursday for pick up by carriers on the following day. Shipping time will vary by your specific location and the carrier's specific timing. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can track your shipment.

If you place an order on Friday (or Saturday, Sunday, Monday etc), it'll be processed on the next Thursday.

Customers will have up until Tuesday at midnight EST to make any edits to their Snack Box. After this deadline, orders will process in Shopify and any changes made to a recurring order will be applied to the following Snack Box. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any order changes once the order has been processed or provide any refunds after the order has shipped with the exception of lost or damaged products.
